Our weekly groups are divided into Threshold, Tempo, and Endurance paces for Road and Gravel groups, that leave Gateway parking at 6:30am. The Rocky Ride is also weekly but leaves at 8:30 from Amante. A Women’s-only Ride will be offered at least once a month as well. You get to decide each week which group is right for you. We send out route and ride leader announcements in our Monday newsletter. All riders should arrive at Gateway parking lot by 6:30 AM each week for pre-ride announcements by ride leaders and sponsors. At 6:30 AM, the Threshold Groups will start, followed by the Tempo Groups and then the Endurance Groups. Each rider can choose which group he or she wants to ride with on a given week, knowing what the planned route and pace will be. All groups finish around 8:00am at Amante North for free coffee and scones provided by that days sponsors.
